1. Where are the products made?
All Melbourne Baby Furniture products are proudly made in Australia.

2. What are the products made from?
Our products are made from New Zealand Plantation clear pine and other locally sourced man made sub-straights.

3. Do your cots meet Australian Standards?
YES. All cots sold in Australia must meet the strenuous Australian standards. All our cots are independently tested by an industry recognised laboratory to meet Australian/New Zealand Standards 2170:2003.

4. Is Melbourne Baby Furniture Australian owned and operated?
YES. We are an 100% Australian Made, Owned and Operated family business and are proud to display and be a part of the Australian Made Campaign to support all Australians.

5. What sort of warranty does Melbourne Baby Furniture offer?
We offer a 5 year manufactures warranty which covers all our products. Please view full details in our warranty section.

6. Do your cots convert to a junior bed?
YES. All Melbourne Baby Furniture cots convert to junior beds.

7. I purchased some furniture several years ago and have misplaced the hardware. Am I able to purchase new hardware?
YES. You can purchase hardware packs directly from Melbourne Baby Furniture.

8. Do you sell direct?
At our showroom/warehouse we have display items and seconds available, to check these items out you can go to our 'Specials' page and follow the links or you can come in and see us.

9. Do you custom make furniture?
Through our sister company we offer custom made furniture. This service is not valid through our stockists. If you wish to enquire further then go to our 'contact us' page and send us an enquiry, you can give us a ring or you could come in and see us direct.
